Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, incredibly careful, and team-oriented individuals to join our night crew. This is a highly physical role perfect for night owls, offering premium pay to reward your dedication.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Fragile Unpacking: Carefully unbox ceramics, glass decor, and mirrors, removing excessive packing materials and inspecting for any transit damage before placing on the floor.
• Furniture Placement: Work as a coordinated team of two to safely lift and maneuver heavy accent furniture, rugs, and shelving units onto the sales floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Follow basic color-blocking and sizing guidelines to arrange decorative pillows, throws, and kitchenware attractively on the shelves.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of styrofoam and cardboard, operating the industrial baler safely and leaving the aisles completely clear for morning shoppers.

Industry-Leading Benefits & Salary

Your heavy lifting and careful handling are supported by a comprehensive rewards package:

• Salary: Competitive base pay PLUS an overnight shift differential (Estimated total: $17.50 to $20.50 per hour).

• Retirement Planning: Access to an incredible 401(k) program with generous corporate matching.
• Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision packages available for eligible team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (due to industrial equipment operation).
• No prior logistics or retail experience required—we will train you on safe handling completely.
• Must possess overnight availability, a reliable internal clock, and an incredibly careful attention to detail to prevent breakage.
• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds throughout the night shift.
